Kevin M. Neylan, Jr. is an associate at Bancroft PLLC. His practice focuses on appellate litigation and strategic counseling. He previously served as a law clerk to the Hon. Diarmuid F. O’Scannlain, of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Neylan graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2015, where he was a Notes Editor of the Harvard Law Review and was a member of the winning team and named Best Oralist in the Ames Moot Court Competition. He also received the Project on the Foundations of Private Law Prize, given annually to the best paper on private law.
Mr. Neylan graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College in 2012. He was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and was awarded the Thomas T. Hoopes Prize, Harvard’s highest honor for undergraduate scholarship, for his senior thesis on Martin Heidegger and Aristotle. He was also a writer and editor of the Harvard Lampoon.
